3. Coaching Services

Holistic health coaching services offered through this site are not medical services. Rachelle is not a licensed medical doctor and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Coaching is a supportive, educational, and motivational service focused on lifestyle, nutrition guidance, and mindfulness practice.

Our free tools (Vitality Compass, CIA Gateway Body Map, Energetic Pattern Scan, Chakra Alignment Check, etc.) are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Use the tools to generate content for resale
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content
• Use any tool in a way that disrupts or harms other users

5. Intake Form Submissions

When you submit your details through the Vitality Compass intake form, you understand that:

• Your submission will be personally reviewed by a real human (Rachelle), not an AI
• You will receive a sample healing plan within 1–2 business days, by email
• The sample plan is general guidance, not personalized medical treatment
• Your information is treated with care according to our Privacy Policy

6. Digital Products

Digital products linked from this site (such as the Zodiac Soul Series and Chakra Cards Bundle) are sold through Mystic Moon Memos and the Chronic Fatigue Daily Planner is sold through this site. All digital product purchases are subject to the seller's individual terms and refund policies. Generally, digital products are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

7. CIA Gateway Body Map Tool

The CIA Gateway Body Map tool is a guided mindfulness and visualization practice based on the declassified U.S. government Gateway Process documents (1983). It is offered as a wellness exploration tool and is not a medical treatment. The "codes" and color associations are drawn from the historical document and have no medical or scientific endorsement.

8. Energetic, Astrology & Spiritual Tools

Tools relating to chakras, astrology, numerology, and energetic patterns are offered for entertainment, self-reflection, and mindfulness purposes only. They are not predictions of the future and do not replace medical, psychological, or financial advice.
